Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During new collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days
- Flat rate: $9.95 AUD
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Flat rate: $14.95 AUD
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Everlume is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Everlume cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
